Terms & Conditions

1. Who operates AUREL

AUREL is operated by Ross Igolkin, based in United States. Contact hello@aurelworld.com with questions about the experience or these Terms & Conditions. Effective date: 2026-10-18. The Privacy Notice explains the information used to operate the service.

2. What AUREL provides

AUREL is an interactive fictional shopping experience. Every depicted product, attraction, price, destination, journey and delivery story is imaginary. Ordering a moon does not transfer a moon or property rights; ordering a dragon or Dragon Flight does not provide an animal, a physical dragon ride, travel, accommodation or any other real-world attraction. No physical goods, powers, services or real-world prizes are supplied. We provide the digital experience, its order records, authored tracking scenes and downloadable keepsakes. Words such as buy, purchase, acquire, own and delivery describe that experience and do not create ownership of, or a right to receive, the depicted physical subject.

3. Displayed prices and no charge

Catalog prices and checkout totals are positive amounts displayed with dollar symbols as fictional USD. They are part of the experience, not amounts payable in real money. No money is charged, no payment is collected, and no payment card or postal delivery address is required. There is no debt, deposit, subscription, cash substitute, redemption or operator-supported resale value. Prices, orders, numbered editions and certificates cannot be exchanged for money or treated as investments or proof of ownership outside AUREL.

4. Age and checkout acknowledgement

You must meet the published minimum age of 13 and any higher applicable participation restriction where you live. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to your participation. Before confirming an order, you must actively select the initially unchecked acknowledgement explaining that prices, products, attractions and deliveries are imaginary, no money is charged, no physical goods are delivered, and no real dragon ride or other attraction is provided. The acknowledgement links these Terms and the Privacy Notice and is required even when you provide no email. Its acceptance version and time are recorded. Do not proceed unless you understand that explanation. Do not provide another person’s personal information.

5. Your collection and recovery

A randomly identified Collector Pass keeps your collection and orders together. A necessary browser session provides access; a private recovery code restores the same pass if the session is lost. The server stores hashes of session and recovery credentials. Save the code when it is shown and keep it private. Replacing a recovery code invalidates the previous code; recovery may revoke earlier sessions. Optional email tracking is not an email account login or a replacement for the recovery code. Losing both your session and code may prevent restoration. Clearing a browser does not erase an existing order or create a new entitlement.

6. Ordering the collection

You may select an available product or attraction, choose one of its preset configurations and styles, add it to the cart and confirm through checkout. Checkout does not require a qualification game, draw entry, referral or public share. Open products allow one order of each product per Collector Pass. Styles and configurations are presentation choices and do not create separate numbered stock pools. A cart or displayed total does not itself confirm an order or reserve a numbered unit. The server’s confirmed result controls what was acquired. If a request is interrupted, check your collection before retrying: it may already have been saved.

7. Numbered editions

Each numbered edition has the quantity shown on its product page and recorded by the server. These are limits on digital records, not physical stock. Available numbered units are allocated when an eligible direct order is confirmed; checkout does not promise a draw win or priority for sharing. A unit cannot belong to two confirmed orders. A claimed serial remains permanently allocated, and a serial retired after collection deletion is never returned to available stock. We will not silently enlarge an existing edition. A later edition requires a separate identity and announced quantity. Displayed counts may briefly lag the authoritative server state.

8. Confirmation and service limits

An order is confirmed only after the server records it. Repeating a successful request returns its existing result rather than creating a duplicate acquisition. The original confirmed choices are not silently rewritten by a retry. Stock can become unavailable before confirmation, and network, database, abuse-prevention or service limits can interrupt checkout. These failures do not create a valid numbered allocation or a right to physical performance. We may pause new orders or an affected edition to correct faults while preserving valid existing records where technically possible.

9. Optional verified email

Email is optional. You can order and follow progress in your collection without it. If you supply an email for order updates, you must verify that address before using it at checkout, or remove it and continue without email. Verification uses a six-digit code valid for 10 minutes, permits up to five incorrect attempts and requires at least 60 seconds before another code request; additional abuse limits may apply. Use only an address you control. Verification and requested order updates are sent through Postmark. These requests do not subscribe you to marketing, and AUREL does not currently send marketing emails.

10. Tracking emails and private links

After email verification, configured tracking emails may describe confirmation, an incident or completion. Delivery is subject to provider availability, retries, filtering and delays; no email is required for the order to progress. A tracking email contains a read-only link that expires 30 days after the order was confirmed. Anyone receiving or forwarding that link may read the permitted order information, but the link cannot manage the pass, change ownership or recover the collection. Removing or changing the contact address, or deleting the collection, invalidates its earlier email-tracking links. You may continue to use the collection while you have access.

11. Authored delivery and keepsakes

Delivery is a digital story based on elapsed time since confirmation. Its five authored stages begin at confirmation, one minute, ten minutes, six hours and 24 hours. Tracking text, carriers and destinations describe the story, not actual logistics or a booked journey. The final digital keepsake becomes available without sharing, another person’s help or receipt of email. An optional guest selection before the six-hour cutoff changes a preset story detail only; if none is saved, the authored default applies. Prepared artwork may be reused, and a recorded text detail does not promise a newly generated image. Downloaded certificates record an AUREL acquisition and confer no real-world title, ticket, reservation or legal right.

12. Fair use

Do not use bots, duplicate identities, trading, unauthorized access, malicious submissions or other interference to evade edition limits or disrupt the service. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing material. Do not present an AUREL order, displayed price, certificate or attraction as proof of a real purchase, payment, prize, booked travel or ownership. Do not remove contextual explanations to deceive someone. Legitimate accessibility tools are welcome. Anonymous passes limit activity per pass and do not verify that each pass represents a unique human.

13. Sharing your order

Public sharing is optional. An explicit share action makes the permitted order fields accessible to anyone with the opaque public link; they do not include session or recovery credentials or your optional email address. You can disable the public link from your collection. Email tracking links and public sharing links are different access routes. A name added locally to a downloaded image is visible to people with whom you share that image. You choose where to post, and external services control their own rules and retention. Disabling a link or deleting a collection cannot recall downloaded images, forwarded emails, screenshots or copies held elsewhere.

14. Product suggestions

You may submit a product or attraction idea for private review, subject to the current limit of three submissions per day and network-based abuse controls. Submissions start as pending suggestions and are not automatically published in a public directory or added to the catalog. Submit only material you are entitled to share, and do not include personal information, confidential material or information about another person. You retain any rights you hold in your submission and give the operator nonexclusive permission, without a fee, to use and adapt the idea when developing AUREL products, artwork, descriptions or related content. We do not guarantee review, a reply, attribution, credit, compensation or release. Similar ideas may already exist or be developed independently.

15. Site content and availability

You may use the experience and share the provided images and keepsakes for personal, noncommercial enjoyment in a way that preserves their context. This permission does not transfer ownership of the artwork, brand, software or third-party rights. Do not copy the service for resale or claim authorship of its assets. We may maintain, change, suspend or stop features because of outages, security concerns, errors or operational limits. We do not promise permanent hosting, uninterrupted access or that the stories affect time, weather, health, finances, relationships or the physical world. Material corrections should be explained where reasonably possible and must not fabricate successful orders or reissue permanently allocated serials.

16. Stopping participation and deletion

You may stop using AUREL, remove optional email or delete your collection through its controls, or contact hello@aurelworld.com about an applicable request. Deletion removes credentials and private ownership links, removes order access and revokes associated public and email-tracking links. Claimed numbered units remain as non-personal retired serials to preserve the edition cap. The current policy schedules inactive collections and linked contact/order data for deletion after 365 days without recorded activity, using bounded cleanup processing. Unverified contact details are scheduled for removal after 12 hours. Removal cannot recall provider-held or externally shared copies. The Privacy Notice describes other retention periods and implementation limits.

17. Responsibility and your rights

AUREL is offered as a no-charge digital entertainment service subject to availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted access, permanent records or the absence of every error. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or removes protections that apply to you under applicable law. Contact hello@aurelworld.com if there is a problem with the experience.

18. Changes and contact

Updates will state a version and effective date. We will explain material changes and request renewed acceptance when appropriate. An update must not secretly change a concluded allocation or turn a no-charge order into a real payment obligation. Contact hello@aurelworld.com about the service or these Terms, and hello@aurelworld.com about personal data. Provide the relevant order or submission reference if available, but never send your recovery code, session credential or verification code.
